It Is So Windy Today!

We have had some unseasonably warm days in the past couple of days. It has been rather cloudy and last night it rained past midnight. The weatherman had said that after the over night rain, it would become very windy as a cold front pushed through , throughout the day. He was right. The sun is out but the colder air is rushing in and there are very heavy gusts as I type this.
I hope it calms down. I always hate these gusty, windy days because I always have a fear that a tree may get knocked down. We don't have any dangerous trees too near our house but there are a few in our woods , that if they fell could fall and hit our shed out back.

We had storms starting around 10 pm and they went on for a few hours. Today is super windy. The winds usually let up with the sun goes down.

They let up a little bit when the sun went down here, but there were still smaller gusts and even today there are occasional smaller gusts.

@LeaPea2417 nothing serious lol like 72 at night, daytime 84. Its been raining alot though so the climate is refreshing and cool

Heavy winds are expected in the northeast over tonight as well. I hope things calm down for my ride down next week.
