If you are in a job that you cry/ complain about it is time to move. I have not had many jobs that were horrific. However, I have noticed when the well of opportunity has dried up. Relational, when I dated someone and the thought of them made me tired I knew it was time to move on. In a friendship setting, I have learn when I stared at your call and did not answer I knew it was time to move on. Share with me when you knew it was time to move on?

When I'm too stressed, drained and not appreciated - that's when I know it's time to move on.

Sometimes there are no choices. Yet, we must find ways to move on!

When a relationship -whether at work or personal - is starting to make you feel bad about yourself, rather than be the best version of yourself, then it is time to move on.

Where a job is concerned, one must be sure of a replacement before moving on.
