4.30 am and I am still in office

Its 4.30 am and I am still in office for an extended year end closure....Tired and a little irritated but still OK to go for another few hours and it would be 24 hrs at office....and then suddenly there is someone at office who throws a tantrum for completing a task....Have to curb my aggressive reaction and let the other person satisfy their ego and ensure the job is done.... But feel a little frustrated and disgruntled on why people just don't cooperate....Is it OK for me to feel like that or am I just over reacting.... I don't have an answer and took a slight detour to write this.....
