Time really flyes.. what seemed imposible for me today is true and ensuring me that anything can be achived. Those who smoke or once smoked will understand how hard it is to quit smoking bith physicaly and mentaly. For anyone out there trying to quit: be strong and believe in yourself after the first year not only the crises will end but you wont believe that you were foolish enough to smoke in first place

It's hard to overcome any addiction. It's been 2 years? What say you aim for 20 more years?? Congrats!

When I don't smoke for awhile, I find myself wondering why someone would do something so stupid. But I always come back to it. Congratulations!
