Im skipping my Dinner Since 4 days....

Day 1 : It was so hard. I was craving, but I had a glass of water and I could make it.... Day 2 : It was bit hard, but not much as first day. Had only water. Day 3 : It was ok. I can bear it somehow.. Day 4 (today) : Im completely used to it and no craving at all.... Hope I can continue this......

Yeah i.have done this after my first child too... I could reduce 8 kilos from 6 months. So I started it again, wanna reduce some weight

I started doing that from the first of January ( see my post "28 days remaining") so tomorrow will make it two weeks and I plan to do it until the 31st. I have breakfast, a light lunch and that's it till the next day.

@amandajay Fasting, but what I didn't consider was that I will lose some weight -- which wasn't my aim.

I don't have breakfast now and I have lost quite a bit of weight. Is that why you are not eating dinner?
