What is good of having abundance with coconut is you have no problem where to get it. In fact lots of vendor are selling coconut water in the streets.
I just bought one cup and it cost five pesos.
Imagine with that small amount of money and you all the nutrients to be healthy. I don't have to climb the coconut tree just to taste the refreshing tast of the coconut.

@SIMPLYD no not macapuno, real coconut, 3 years from planting and it bears fruit. What so beautiful with dwarf is that you are even taller than it's hanging fruits

Yeah but that is more costly. When you just need to sip some water, the cup is just as good.

They are as good as in the husk. I don't mean cup that has preservative. What I mean is cup by getting the water from the coconut and putting it to jug, then the vendor transferring it to cup when you buy.

@ilocosboy I know what you mean. The vendor usually put artificial sweetener in the jug. A coconut shell usually have 2 to 3 cups of coconut water only. And coconuts are very expensive a piece.

I have enough growing in my garden but sadly I never use it. There is a problem. The trees are so high up and pluckers are few and far between

@ilocosboy I have two of those trees and they too have reached a height that needs a coconut climber.

That's true... but it was better before when we had lots of coconut trees at home. I think we had about 6 or 7 coconut trees before but one by one, the beetles had taken them down. We used to have lots of coconuts, that our neighbors can just ask for free, especially those mature coconuts.
