Started my evening work out

Been planning this for a month now and finally I did it! I was too lazy to do it at night. But now I did a bit of a break from my internetscapade and did it. I feel tired and sore but somehow it feels good too. My muscles been stretched and somehow I feel that my mind cleared up a bit. Will continue this not just for health reason but I just wanted to see myself back into shape. I worked out in the evening before. But stopped when I had my foot injury. Now that I have a puppy, I feel inspired to do my work out again. Sometimes I do aerobics for 30 mins but I really love to run. And my puppy Alex will be the best company for me in the evening. You might think I'm crazy doing work out when its dark out but I like to do my running without people staring or just plain looking.

I think the best time for running is in the morning.. but yeah when people stare at you while running it gets really uncomfortable

Thank you. I was careful. I don't like to be run over by something too. I usually have my headphone on but at night I don't listen to music. The stillness and quiet was great.

yes. Right now I'm too busy to do anything so I make sure that I atleast achieve the 10,000 steps or more everyday.

I hope he does. There's no available leash for his size yet so I'm still waiting for my order. I don't like the one's that might strangled him.

I do regular work out but in the morning. it was difficult to start and to continue after a break. but its refreshing. i love to do it.

@diosabella I do jogging in place, just like in a treadmill . But its not bad, I planned to run many times. but just stopped after few days. Then i though it is better!

That's nice miss. Only one point I wana make , when you exercise, the intake of proper sleep too is important. For better tuning try do set of exercise alternate days especially ab work outs. God bless !

Thanks! I do some sit ups and push ups too. And I sleep at least 6 to 7 hours whenever I work out.

running is best exercise in morning and in evening. try some yoga also and don't care about people.

I was trying yoga. I don't know if my form is okay though.
