BLACK IS A MUST.

Which color is dominant in your wardrobe? I like a variety of colors but my favorite by far would be black. Of course, that color is not recommended to be worn in hot climates, they say it absorbs the heat making the wearer uncomfortable. However, I wear black every chance I get - and especially when the weather is windy or a bit cooler. I find that black is convenient to wear when going on long trips - if something gets spilt on me - it would hardly show. And of course, there is the little black dress which is a must in my closet for that very special occasion.

I probably have more black clothes then any other color. Black is one of my favorite colors to wear. Having a white cat I also have to have a lint brush on hand at all time. lol

Yes, lint can be a problem depending on the material. By the way, nice picture of you.

Black also makes you look slimmer, which for me is a plus. It also has that elegant look to it. And it goes with everything. I have mostly black slacks, and a few patterned black shirts.

I know black is very popular but now I'm older it doesn't really suit me. I prefer bright colours. The 'little black dress' is a must for everyone isn't it?

That is the way it should be -- you wear what you know suits you best. Even the 'little black dress ' could be a different color.

Hey there !! I've this "pink" fever you see Unknowingly my wardrobe gets filled with this pink collection. For my wedding, I compelled myself to take a colour without pink or it's variants .. but had no choice .. couldn't resist taking a saree with a pinch of pinkish maroon and proper pink.. Yeah black and white are my favorite classic colours. I've kept these two colours apart and have huge likings for these two .. I've shared pic of one of my wedding saree which has pink ..

We never wear black at home and even my siblings. We like to wear sharp colors we research so far as lucky colors like, red, orange, white, green. I made a research about the color that suits to my birthday and it is GREEN. hehehe, so I have greens and sense something nice that really happened.

I would love to wear black but as you mentioned, it is hot out here. Secondly it is considered unlucky or in general not good in our culture. And I am dark so it wouldn't suit me.

I understand your feelings about the heat - though it never bothered me and your consideration about being unlucky, but looking at your profile pic, I would say a dark color would look great on you.

I like black, but am not in it that much, one big reason is my mom lives in it, she doesn't like herself in other colors, which is too bad. So I make it a point to limit black.. what I don't have is much white, I don't look that good in white.

I try to "think ensemble." Both black and white t-shirts go well with my blue jeans, while black or dark blue t-shirts are my favorites with my lighter painters pants.
