Fashion industry today is a billion dollar industry. Every hour, fashion is changing and the dressmakers have to keep the stock of new varieties - latest fashionable dress, if they have to survive in the business. I do not think anyone should dictate how a man should dress or a woman should dress. What pleases one, he/she wears it. One should go with the change in the world.
