We vacationed in Scandinavia a couple of years ago. On our vacation we met some wonderful people on our first day from New York. We visited the beautiful countries of Norway, Sweden, and Denmark with them. Her husband is so funny and quick witted. We laughed our way throughout Scandinavia.
We have kept in touch with phone calls and on Facebook.
Last year, I saw on Facebook, that they were in Florida visiting family. We connected and went out to dinner. We had such belly laughs!
Last night, we went out to dinner again and had another wonderful time. Her husband makes me laugh constantly.
We decided to go to India with them in October 2018 with another couple. I expect to laugh our way throughout India.

Sounds like they are more laughs than a barrel of monkeys. I'm laughing just reading your post. I don't know why I'm laughing but can't help it.

@LadyDuck Our so-called water closet is out in the main hallway, so he wasn't too bad. It's done, but he will be back Monday to install a circuit breaker for it. We can't be without a/c in Florida at all. Otherwise, everything would get moldy. It's happened to many others here. Awful!

You can see it on his face. Lol! Next year, they are coming here for drinks and nibbles and to see our place, before we go out to dinner. I would have had them yesterday, but we are in the process of getting new air conditioning put in. They should be finished today, thank goodness!

@DianneN Um.. I don't know.. some people think I am. I'm rather sarcastic, I think some people don't know how to handle that.. but others find it a lot of fun.

@DianneN You need many days then. What are your plans? Nepal is a pretty place. I have been there. My office had sent me to organise a conference for delegates that came from all over the world

@allknowing All I know we have to fly a lot. We still have to make plans with a travel agent. When we do that, I will message you. Perhaps we will be able to meet. I know it's about a 2-3 week trip from what I saw when we checked it out before. I'd love to see everything humanly possible when there. You had a pretty important job in Nepal. Wow!

@moffittjc They served it to me in Egypt and Turkey. However, Egypt Air didn't serve any on the jet on a Friday night after school. I thought I'd cry! Why wasn't I told?!?!? Lol!
