It is Sunday, but not so super

We are at the beginning of an eight day rain forecast, with a possibility of more ice and snow tonight in western Oregon. I am hoping for rain. I will work a five hour shift today at the bird seed store, which may be slow due to the "big" game. I am not a fan so won't be watching.
I'm hoping to hear from my daughter this morning that she feels some better after her fall on the ice and terrible migraine problem.
We saw a great local band last night, great piano, guitar, drums, bass and a singer with a PhD in psychology who is amazing. Band is Concrete Loveseat if you would like to check out the online music.

@JamesHxstatic We've had snow all day and now its dark so we're below freezing. I must leave the morning to sort itself out so that I can really sleep tonight.

That was Saturday night. Sunday turned out okay too. It looks as if we will only have rain, no ice or snow for the next five days.

@Beatburn These people are all so locally rooted, I doubt any would leave. Teachers, Ophthalmologist assistants, some varied backgrounds.

Right now here it's raining. We had a lot of snow yesterday and they were forecasting snow coming in last night and last through the morning changing to rain this afternoon. That did not happen. All we got was rain.
Sorry to hear your daughter fell on the ice. I hope she is ok.
I'm not a big fan either so I will not be watching the game either.

@JamesHxstatic Glad to hear she is feeling better. I heard on the news that Portland got hit with a huge snowstorm. Since we are right on the edge of a cold front and warm front we may get rain or snow or a mix. Right now it's just cloudy.

Good memory. I took several shots of this silent band. They are in a fountain at a nearby hot springs. My daughter was feeling better when we talked last night.

@JamesHxstatic - Oh, no! I hope your daughter is feeling better. We are supposed to get some rain on Monday and Tuesday, then again on Friday. We are enjoying the frequent rain. They say our reservoirs are getting filled up, but it will take a couple more years of regular rain before the underground aquifers recover. Bring on the rain! LOL

@teamfreak16 Right, they did two shows Saturday night, both sold out for about $15 each ticket, but a small venue. The tip jar did pretty well.
