"Offers" are a selection of surveys, free trials and other similar things which you can complete to earn the amount shown in the first line of the offer. Many of them require credit card details and other personal information before you can complete the offer. Be aware that, by giving your credit card information for a free trial, you may be automatically charged when the trial ends, if you don't cancel it. Also, by giving your email address/street address/phone number, you will very likely receive follow-up 'junk' mail. It is not always easy to unsubscribe from this.
You complete an offer entirely at your own risk. MyLot does not hold itself liable if you are not credited with the amount displayed.

@Funky2017 I don't know how often they are updated. It will depend on your location, though, because you should only see offers which are applicable to you (as determined by your IP address).

I tried it and it gave me some money and then took it back .... I don't like the offers at all
