MixedG You just have to get used to it, might take time. I basically tip toe around my apartment because I don't want to be too loud for the people downstairs. I'm really paranoid about it. I wish I knew their schedule.

MixedG That is very true. I'm starting to realize that I can't control it but I can ease the symptoms. I usually just give in and end up sad, or mad at the world all day. It's unhealthy. I am not giving up either, I can't. I really appreciate your story. It helps...
