Do You Want to Go Shopping?

Oh I'll bet you got a bunch of great goodies . . . what did you get me ? I actually love to grocery shop, is that crazy? I love buying food - I love feeling well stocked in the kitchen so I can make whatever I want at will (I just wish I had more time to make creative dishes!). And that's what I did for part of the morning - hit up my grocery stores! But otherwise I had a busy morning . . . toured the classrooms to see all the other 100th day school projects with my little son's class (on top of finishing it up last night with him). Went to this odd workshop at my daughter's middle school but it turned out we learned some great little nuggets from it . . . though I really went to see a parent friend there who asked me to go to this workshop so she could give us a belated Christmas gift. I also got some great refreshments there including these dark chocolate biscottis I took for the kids for later. Then I went on my grocery store raid. I wanted to make it to some thrift shops, but didn't make it - I started feeling sort of sick so I went home. Picked up the kids - and dealt with massive homework. Made turkey vegetable soup for dinner. Then went to tae kwon do. Came home, and surprised the family with Hagen Daas ice cream bars for dessert . And that is in SHORT how my day was spent .

I usually like to go shopping, if I can go shopping in interesting areas. Around the end of the month I hope to go to Milan and there I will have a shopping day.

You are lucky that you got a chance to go on shopping and you could shop goods of your choice and this made you happy. We spend our working days working in our office, so no scope of going for shopping.

Your husband actually enjoys shopping with you? Wow! Mine isn't horrible.. he likes to spoil me when he's able.. but usually we can't afford it, and when we have money to spend I'd rather spend it on the kids. I love to shop for them, but don't often get much for myself.

I am not into shopping at all. I do it online.

I do my shopping online. I was looking for inner wear with a broad elastic at the waist and I found it on Amazon in after an intense search . The parcel arrived yesterday. I also got two bottles of my favourite hazelnut cocoa spread. I am always shopping online and that gives me a lot of satisfaction. Yours indeed was a marathon session and you want more

Oh I love hearing that when my boyfriend ask if I want to go shopping! That's a rare treat, I am glad you had a great five hours of shopping and a lovely dinner! :)

What a Fabulous way to spend a day! I am so happy you had such great retail therapy :) . @DianneN , I fought with doctors and nurses...I flipped my lid, my kinda therapy. ;)

Hubby and I didn't do much yesterday, we went on a quick bike ride in between the rain.

Oh how I love to shop but the problem is the dime I will spend. Lol As I am broke.
