I am a Nigerian.... Yes from Africa. Nigeria is made up of different ethnic group ,with various cultural backgrounds. She is mainly divided into 3major *tribe and 6geopolitical zones . We have the Yoruba,Igbo and Housa, which in turn has a lot of ethnicity. I am from the Yoruba tribe, which is very rich in cultural values. Today I will tell you about greetings in Yoruba land. As a male child you prostrate flat on the floor to greet an elderly person . As for a female child ,you kneel completely with your two legs to greet an elderly person. But as civilization set in, it is now half ways . Well ,these shows if we don't protect any cultural lagacy it will go to extinction. Tell you more later . what are your cultural heritages???
