It would depend on how that person would approach me. But the idea of asking for money from people who does not know you is rude if you ask me. Helping is always okay but there is a difference in asking for help and just receiving it because people see you as deserving of the help anyone could offer.

@jalo770 It is not. I am happy to give something to someone really in need. From experience, there are a lot of people here in our country who asks for money and they treat it as their source of income. They have the ability to work but they chose to become lazy and just asks. I believe that the government should do more about this concern. It is just weird to see that people rejects the help of the government to put them in a shelter and provide them with food. Some just wants cash for their vices. They get some cash from begging then would use it for gambling. It is a weird cycle.

There is never a reason to be rude. Either we can help or we can't.

I will not be rude. There are people who ask for donations I just give them small amount better than just ignoring them

It all depends if I have the money to give I will.. but I'm the one that does not like to ask for anything so I never really do unless I really need the help.
