Fitness Tracker Toward my Goal

Summer is coming and I really wanted to lose a few inches and pounds. My BMI is normal but I wanted to be fitter. I've been eating my heart since Christmas and all the pasta and pizza are not helping.
I got my fitness band and my fitness app I hope this will help me to know if I'm hitting my goal everyday. I know that its not 100% right but its there at least. I can estimate how much time should I dedicate from running and my other exercise routine. Its not raining anymore and Alex is getting bigger and I think he will be ready to come with me to run at night. I could use some company.
Let's get summer ready!

Just enjoy the good food and exercise with all joy. It will work. Don't stress yourself if you are losing or gaining pounds. Just make sure you intake healthy food at the right amount and time. God bless.

@marlina Exercising is more effective for me. Though to some people dieting really works.

I actually don't like dieting. When I wanted to lose weight I run and eat too. But I lay off on the sodas and junk food. But I still eat practically what ever I want, even pasta but half the size of what I usually eat.

I have a Fitbit HR given by my daughters as a Christmas gift 2 years ago and I use it for my early morning walks at the ovals. I even use it to bed to keep track of my sleeping habit. I use it too to set different alarms for different days of the week.

@diosabella Yes, it's handy and helpful indeed and it just sleeps and comes alive when you raise it to arm level to see the time :)

Its cool to track things. It helps me to be more active. Right now my situation is to do a lot of things using the computer and its reminding me that I need to stretch and to get going for a few mins.

@ShifaLk I had a friend from africa he's a cyclist. He said that cycling makes him lose alot of weight easily but the problem was he was also losing muscle mass I forgot to ask him why. Anyway, I like to run than bike.
