Mylot time as a stress buster

Currently my life and especially life for my family is going through a tough and rough patch. I can't detail much but there are certain medical conditions that have taken toll on us-physically as well as mentally and financially.
In such circumstances, occasionally discussing, commenting on Mylot seems to help.
If only for some time, we can engage our minds to something that is not bad, and by interacting with people around the globe, one can also know about a lot of things.
What do you say?

When my work at the office seems monotonous I come here to interact. And it really relaxes me. After sometime, I go back to work refreshed, And after I am done, I would come here again while waiting for the other documents for auditing. to arrive.

@SIMPLYD Well yes, in case we get monotonous or having some unexpected things dragging us down, this forum provides us with an avenue to de-stress ourselves.

It is great that you can come to mylot when times are not going so great for you. We are always here for you, I think everyone is so supportive and tries to be understanding of everyone's situation!
