A LOVER FOOD

HELLO, dear people!
I'm back with a new discussion!
It may seem like I go directly to the topic but I am a lover of unhealthy food! And I admit that without any shame! And don't misunderstand, I love the salads and everything means eating healthy, but we must recognize that healthy means expensive. To get all the ingredients for a salad you need at least 15 euros, at least where I live. And regarding the lives we lead, is far more expensive to a kilo of potatoes can do on fries, baked, nature. Unhealthy food it's cheap and fast, plus it's available to anyone. To give an example: you're home alone. You do not have money but die of starvation, and let's say you are "diet". On your left, you have some potatoes and a salad on the right side. Do you think that salad will appease your wolf hunger you have? If healthy eating would mean eating and consistent, it would be something else. Why is it more expensive to eat healthy, but without having the same fullness you have a burger at MC for example. Why do you 10 euros for a kilo of seeds or what not, when that money can take a couple of pounds of meat? I don't know how is the situation in your country, but here in Romania, salaries are very low towards the extraordinary expenses that you can have, and that is a total injustice. To us, who make vegetarian has no health problems and has no trouble to sit without eating. If I'll be vegetarian to 45 kg of mine, certainly, I would not resist... :)))))
Folks, I'm trembling after first serving of fries!
TELL US, what's your opinion.
THANK YOU very much for reading! Don't forget to leave a comment and.....we write on later!

I love both unhealthy and healthy food. But you're right, it's more expensive to purchase healthy food. I really don't understand why. I try planting my own veggies to save cost and find better bargains each time going shopping. No matter what I still want my family to eat something healthy as well.

Look at it this way, eating healthy can be expensive yes, depending on what you eat, here in the Caribbean some fruits and vegetables are very cheap - and in the country areas most people plant their own vegetables - and fruit trees abound in their yards. Anyway, talking abut expense - is it cheap to fill prescriptions and visit the doctor time and time again? So eating unhealthy might prove more expensive in the long run. That said -- vegetarians do get ill as well.
