8 Pounds Down!

I started working out 5 times a week just a few weeks ago without changing my diet too much and havent really weighed myself except for just before I started working out. I weighed myself this morning and was happy and surprised to see that I have lost 8 pounds! Thats just an added bonus to being able to endure the elliptical machine fot much longer than when I started. At first, 10 minutes was a struggle and now Im doing 30 (although I havent tried more than that...yet). Not sure whatmy goal is with weight loss, but probably around 30 lbs would be great! Has anyone else been seeing any results lately or mking progress? Do tell!

That is great! Congratulations! My weight is the same but my body is really changing. My muscles are getting defined and everything is getting smaller.

That is awesome! Good for you :-). I heard a long time ago that muscle weighs more than fat and all that too. I am really just excited to be able to run again. I havent been able to for more than 5 minutes yet. Lol. You keep up the great work!!

Congrats on the weight loss. I haven't been able to exercise much but I've moderated my food intake and I've lost 7 pounds.

Congratulations on the weight loss! Keep up the good work! I'm working out as well. I have lose weight but I'm looking at getting other measurements as well like my body fat percentage and my arms, waist, and thighs. Sometimes it isn't just the pounds that we shed but also the inches as well.

Congrats My job requires me to walk around so I consider that exercising However I change my diet a bit. Instead of large portion, I eat smaller portion but not to the point of starving. I lose a few kgs in the past months.

Nice. That really helps. I started a sedentary job 2.5 years ago and without working out Ive gained 30 pounds in that 2.5 years. So its time I do something about it! And good job yourself!

@maezee Not size 2. But just 2 sizes down. Sorry for the wrong info. I think being size two for me will make me unhealthy.

You have done very well. Exercise is always hard to start off with. I can walk much longer than what I could and my Shoulder is much stronger too. Keep going with what you are doing.
