Every weeknight at 11:00 PM EST (if I am still awake, usually I am) I watch re runs of what was my favorite television show during the late 1990's, "Dr Quinn: Medicine Woman" I had started watching the show mainly because the actor Joe Lando was in it and I loved him in "One Life To Live" as Jake. But then I really started liking the show and the other actresses and actors in it Jane Seymour is one of my favorite actresses now. I was watching this show when I was pregnant with my daughter that I named Michaela which was Dr Quinn's name that was played by Jane Seymour. When my daughter was seven my husband/her father passed away and thru the years after that Jane began to design jewelry and she made a necklace called ,"Open Heart". I never could afford to buy it. When my daughter was eighteen she got a tattoo of the open heart deign with her father's initials it it. Also this past Christmas my daughter's boyfriend bought her an "Open Heart" necklace.

I have seen her commercials showing her jewelry designs. The open heart is lovely. Jane is very artistic. One of my favorite movies of all time is Somewhere In Time with her and Christopher Reeves. If you haven't seen it you should. The place where much of it was filmed is Mackinac Island and the Grand Hotel. Their fan club has a annual gala there each year. It is so cool..I would love to go there sometime.

I love that movie Chris Reeve was one of my favorite people! Jane named one of her son's after him but spelled it with a K...... Kristopher. I have seen it several times, but should still see it again. I wish I could go to the gala that would be awesome!

How nice is this! It must have been very hard at the time. I'm sorry for your loss even though it was quite a long time ago. I'm sure it still hurts.

Thank you! And yes it was very hard, but it was a relief that he was in no more pain. It has gotten better, but we still have our moments when we wished he was here.
