gah what is wrong with me now..

when i wake up in the morning,if i don't eat something,even if it's a handful of "shut up" chips as i call them (to shut my stomach up),i get bad hunger pains.not like normal hunger,i mean on the edge of real pain. but as soon as i eat,it feels way better. i don't get what's going on.i eat a regular diet,i shouldn't be this hungry. i wonder what fresh hell getting older is throwing at me now. speaking of which,i need to raid the cabinet soon,cause it's doing it now.

Im exactly in the same spot.. i just started off trying to get on a diet to loose weight.. the more i try not to open the refrigerator.. the more hungry i feel..

I'm never hungry until later in the morning. I turned down pancakes with fresh blueberries in them this morning. Now I want them, but they are in the trash. My stomach always growled when I was in college during quiet classes. Just awful and embarrassing!!!!

Maybe you need to analyze what it is you're eating. A change might be in order to quiet your hunger pains.
