How Would You Like to Regress as Getting Older?

If I am going to answer this, I would love to get older without regression. The course of the aging process will not stop or even controlled. That's the reason why I keep on having brain activities while time runs fast. Some people believed that it is effective to enhance the brain waves. But then, I will still enjoy the aging process. I suppose wanting to look young atleast would be every one's dream and lot is done to achieve that. While ageing cannot be stopped one can age gracefully.

I also think of that. I like some grannies who age gracefully and accept the fact that they are getting older.

regression is part of the ageing process, and there is technology now that suppresses the ageing process (stem cell therapy, face lifts, etc) but eventually we grow old.

I do think it is possible. I am sure some elders out there cannot afford it. It is a breakthrough in the world of science.

@Shavkat it is possible to those who can afford it, like Erap and Enrile, but for us the common tao, we can just delay the ageing process by having an active and stress-free lifestyle

@ridingbet I join you with that. Guys are becoming so self-conscious of aging.lol It would be nice to keep on smiling despite the challenges in life.

I am active most of the time and donĀ“t bother about aging too much. I just keep going the best way I can and with the means I have around me. I walk and move around an awful lot.

@Shavkat If you think about it we are aging from the time we are born. Except that no one logically wants to see it that way.

That's a good way to handle the aging process. I will enjoy my life to the fullest.

Wouldn't that be ideal as you say Shavkat? I would also love that, to age with all the wisdom we gain with that, but to not have the physical ailments or progression. It sounds so great, sadly this is not the case. However, I am fine as I am. My aging has gone very well.

If I am on that year of aging, I would love to. Hopefully, the aging process would be in a smooth way.

There is not a lot that we can do. my mother is 96, healthy and with still a great memory, while her two younger brothers are in very bad shape.

Hi, friend! My granny is turning 99 this year. I was also static because she is still in good memories. Hoping to be like her in the future.

I don't think there is very much that any of us can do to stop the brain from ageing.

I agree. Neurons never regenerate.
