Can you stay one day without accessing the internet?

At the time we live, I think it's very difficult (but it's not impossible, of course ) for someone not to access the internet every day (even for at least a few minutes). Whether to read some news, watch some video, talk to someone, listen to some music online or whatever.
The addiction may exist, but when it becomes unmanageable... You need to pay more attention.

it is something to do if your home but it does bother me if i miss being on it

Yes, it is habit forming. Not just for fooling around but a necessity for looking up things such as research or needing tips on a plumbing project.

That is an easy question for me. Friday before I light candles for our Sabbath I get things ready that I have be turned off or be on. I do not go on the computer at all on our Sabbath and certain holidays.
