Are you a dog or cat lover?

I believe that God created animals for our enjoyment. Cats and dogs makes for a good companionship. A cat is a nice and playful animal, but I prefer dogs. I like the fact that dogs are faithful and very protective of the house, as well as its owner. Cats on the other hand can provide hours of entertainment and can be loving to its owner. Both are great animals to have. How about you? Are you a dog or cat lover and why?

I'm a cat person, got nine of them. They always make my day better. But you know with cats, some are more like royalty. But I still love them, I just go with their flow.

We have both cats and dogs. Our youngest animal, well, besides the hamster, is the 4 year old dog, Cleo. Our oldest animal is Taj who will be 15 around April 1st.

I love them both it is hard for me to pick one over the other. but maybe a small percentage leans toward the dog. I have 4 dogs at present and 15 cats. I really do love them both.

@workathomefan It's not too bad.. except for the ones that need medication periodically, and chasing them around to give it to them. other than that. they aren't too much of a bother. Their unconditional love makes up for it.

I guess I prefer cats because I don't really like having a dog inside all the time but we don't have a fenced yard so I couldn't have one outside. Both are great pets though.

A dog lover here. But dont get me wrong i love animals but i just cant take the smell of a cats poop. Do you know how to lessen or totally remove the smell? I have 2 cats but they are outside not inside ourhouse just in the yard and the place stinks.

Try kitty litter with a strong pleasant scent. Also,some baking soda on the carpets can help.

I'm both a dog and cat person. I just love the different personalities you see between the two. My dogs are loyal and tend to be loving, while my cats tend to be lazy and want to be alone.

I grew up with dogs and will always choose dogs over cats. However, I can coexist with a cat as long as it isn't clingy and too demanding.

i hate cats. i love dogs, you know why? dogs are friendly. dogs misses you when you are away. dogs keeps the house from intruders. dogs understand you. dogs smells you and know you even if departed for a long time. dogs are awesome pets.
