Macy @Juliaacv Yes, the light from our devices decreases our body's serotonin and melatonin levels (if I read that right). I wish I could do a chore in the wee hours of the night but I'm too lazy to get up and I don't want to make noise.

Macy I used to consume news like food. But after the pandemic, I've decided to cut back and limit my consumption. Most of the time, I just skim through the headlines online but don't click on them. I usually just read weather news.
