Macy @Juliaacv Yes, the light from our devices decreases our body's serotonin and melatonin levels (if I read that right). I wish I could do a chore in the wee hours of the night but I'm too lazy to get up and I don't want to make noise.

Macy Your friend's nanay probably makes either pancit bihon or pancit sotanghon. I like them, too. Nice to meet someone who's born to use the chopsticks. I love Japanese food too.
