Multi grain flat bread

This is one of my favourite breakfast items. I like it more becuase it is nutritious I normally mix gram flour, wheat flour, semolina and rice flour. I enrich this paste by adding scraped coconut, sugar, salt, chopped corriandere leaves, chopped green chillies and finely chopped onion. I spread it on banana leaf and close it with yet another banana leaf. It is then roasted Delicious and healthy

I'd eat anything that has coriander. We haven't had flatbread in a while. I should probably include that in my list the next time I visit the grocery.
