Multi grain flat bread

This is one of my favourite breakfast items. I like it more becuase it is nutritious
I normally mix gram flour, wheat flour, semolina and rice flour. I enrich this paste by adding scraped coconut, sugar, salt, chopped corriandere leaves, chopped green chillies and finely chopped onion.
I spread it on banana leaf and close it with yet another banana leaf. It is then roasted

I'd eat anything that has coriander. We haven't had flatbread in a while. I should probably include that in my list the next time I visit the grocery.
