Reference role in job hunting

Reference culture is increasing in firms day by day and making it more difficult to get job even for experienced persons and highly skilled individuals. It should be stopped by managers because it is their responsibility to hire on merit rather than increasing their PR.

Yes it is increasing everywhere because even with more development vacancies are not increasing with the same rate because computers are replacing humans.
