Wondering about X and Y

I think I mentioned that last weekend I went out with my mom and we watched a local movie entitled "My Ex and Whys". I loved it. I will not get into details of the movie but I will share with you some realizations or points to ponder.
We always ask too many questions and at times even if we already get an answer we still seek further because that answer is not what we want. Sometimes we even play with destiny trying to change it. Have you?
After a breakup, one would always think what went wrong, what was not enough, blah... but there are others who can easily move on and find another. Which one are you?
True love no matter what will prevail. I honestly am not a fan of falling in love. I might have previously shared how I had my heart broken into pieces and I never want to experience that ever again. But to those who believe... you can wait for your one true love and when you find each other, never let go.

The title sounds good - x and y.
I always believe in true love, and think there's always someone for everyone since I was young. I still believe in this now, though I respect there are some people who do not look for true love too. Sometimes, the one is just not here with you yet, so we either keep waiting or go and seek for him/her.

Good to hear that. Right, either wait or do something for those who believe.

Hmmm... this is interesting... not the movie. I don't care about movies, for the most part... I am talking about your thoughts on exes and why....
I've been married twice. I was in love with my first wife.... We were together for seven years. Then we were in divorce court for seven more years, plus two years for custody of our daughter. Not pretty, not pretty at all! (LOL! Sorry, my daughter calls herself Pretty online. PrettyEvil, to be exact. She has used that name since we bought our first pc in 2000.)
I just wanted out of the marriage. She wanted to suck me dry! Finally, I convinced the judge to sign the papers to let me out of a ship that sank seven years earlier... I turned loose immediately... she grabbed hold and held on for dear life!
I no longer believe in true love. I believe in true "I don't hate you, yet!" LMAO!
The first marriage lasted seven years plus seven years. The second marriage lasted two months. I am 0 for 2!

@nottoooldtowrite Yes, I am DaddyEvil, but I am not evil! LOL! (Lots of people believe that because my last name is Evil, that I am evil! I keep telling them I am not evil, but then they ask isn't that my last name? LMAO!)
As far as I am concerned, nottoooldtowrite (Okay, that is too long. May I suggest you choose a call name that is shorter to write? I actually call people by their names or a name I assign them, when they permit it. Do you maybe have a shorter name? I used to use DaddyEvil both as my tag name and as my call name, but shortened my call name to DE. Easier for everyone, in m opinion!) you are welcome to shout that from the rooftops as much as you like! (Hmmm... this sentence redacted to protect my myLot reputation! I will post it in a pm to you, instead.)

@DaddyEvil I did not think that you are evil. Ok I will think of a shorter name. You will know it when you see it.

Now I get it. You are Daddy Evil because you've got a Pretty Evil daughter. Nice!
I am single and has been through one romantic breakup. But I find that enough not to try again.
From the beginning I was not a believer of love but I got my share of stupidity so I got my heart broken into a million pieces or maybe two. But never again! Can I say that again? BUT NEVER AGAIN!

I had lots of ups and downs in love when I was young. Even one divorce behind me so I am glad to have met my soul mate and have settled down.

When you find true love it still takes two to make it work. X & Y = Happiness.
