I like cook home made meals but never try home made bread .I think it is not easy to do.

Poor little buns ! I have not tried to make bread in a long time . . . everyone says getting a bread maker is the best way . . . but there is pride in making your own perfect bread from the oven (though I have not exactly achieved that yet). I made these teddy beard breads for Christmas one year when I was teen . . . they came out TOO hard - not edible - so I ended up giving it to my dogs .

@much2say The bread machine can make the bread. If you are not that picky, it is OK. But I like better bread and this is why I like to bake it by myself. Unfortunately I am not very good at it yet. Bread machine is still useful. I always use it to make the dough.

It looks like your main problem was too much cheese as a stuffing.I don't do a lot of filled breads - usually only thing I make with filling is calzone. I write a series on bread baking - The Science of Bread Baking: The Series
