Ever since last month, I have been getting hooked on running and want to kept it up. I enjoy running, since I feel very relaxed after I run a few kilometres. However, I have got sick for a week, so I cannot go out and run as usual. I really hope that I will be better soon.

@Myluckyboy When I run for a while, I will feel uncomfortable. Not every all the sports suit everybody. And running is not good for me.

Why? I hated running before, but after running several times, I love to run.

Yeah, I have started running. My knees got hurt before, so I dare not to run over 5 miles once a time.

@Myluckyboy Running can damage the knees. I take it easy and do some stretching exercises before and after. My friend suggested to do a trail or mountain run. It's kinder to the knees.

Wow good for you. You know, just as a poece of advice. If this is the first time you're running, doing it a few times will greatly decrease your immune system's strenth thus your sickness.
You can help reverse the effect of intense wprkpit by eating more fruits and vegetables and even taking your supplements. I hope you get well soon.
Don't forget your warm up exercises.

Yeah, I will. I used to be panting after walking fast about half a mile, but now I feel OK even though I have run 3 miles.
