Fish is really good for you and chicken too, but I like beef. It just has the best taste, to me.

i like beef. ive eaten tooo much chicken and its all my mom wants to eat so we always make fun of it. lol. but i like most anything beef.

I love beef, but I don't usually eat it often. In the end I end up eating fish more than all those other choices.

I like 100% american beef. I cook beef nearly at every meal. Ham and turkey would be my next choices.

Definitely chicken. I occasionally enjoy a good steak with fries but there are just so many ways you can prepare beef so I prefer chicken especially roasted!
