How about professional school in your country?

China is said in need of 10 million high level professional workers. Not like in Germany or in Japan, professional education has not been given enough emphasis. Most students in senior middle school aim at going on to colleges and universities. In case of failure, they do not have specific knowledge and skills, for technical posts.
There are few professional schools here, and their hiring rate is close to 100%. So why not set up more to meet the market requirement?

That is a different issue. There are some, but definitely not in the majority.

@zhuhuifen46 Most Chinese students aspire to have master's degree or doctorate degree to be more competitive in your country. Is it right?

Today it seems that an university degree is a basic requirement for the recruitment. So perhaps this is why students all want to go to the university. Besides, today it is just hard to go to the high school and therefore some of them have to study in professional schools. And after you can go to the high school, it seems that many students can go to the college or university at the end. It just depends on whether the universities are famous or not.
