Good afternoon and back from lunch.More on this later
I read something this morning.On the tongue says.
I did not realized that the tongue says a whole lot about your health.
How often do we check out tongue?they say that the tongue a healthy one
you can live to a healthier life,Sexier life.
Here are some of things you should watch out for
Sores:that does not heal
If your tongue moves out to one side,this is a stroke in the making
White patches t his is fungal infection.
This one cannot believe.Some people have hairy tongue?
this is cause by poor oral hygiene.
Bright red tongue It could be dry mouth.Low on iron etc.
Now I know why they say tongue out.
Remember my school nurse if I got sick.She will say stick out your tongue.
You can get more information online and different type of tongue.
How about brushing your tongue.This I do.

Yep, the tongue is a good health indicator and so are your finger nails. Mine tells me I have dry skin all the time. lol

The tongue tells all--or it does in Chinese medicine--I brush my tongue everyday as i don't like that "furry" feeling

According to our traditional Chinese doctors, the tongue does tell whether you are healthy or not. I am not a doctor. But I think your tongue shows that you are healthy. It is pink and the color is very normal. If it is white, yellow or even black on your tongue, then means to say you don't feel well.

This is a good article on checking your tongue to make sure it is healthy. I bit my tongue months ago and left a mark on it from a broken tooth. It's good to know to brush the tongue when brushing your teeth. Thanks for the tips.

My mother always said brush your tongue when you brush your teeth so I always did. I just did it and still do.
