I totally hate the idea of adding ice to any drink.

Sugarcane Picture is mine.
Hmmm.... I've never heard of Sugarcane juice being healthy or used as a cooling juice before. Pretty and I have a Sugarcane stand in our yard. (Here is the Sugarcane growing in our yard. This is an older picture. I only took pictures last year before it reached full height.) I wonder how I can get a hold of one of those presses to squeeze the juice out? (Pretty simmered some cut pieces of stalks a couple of years ago to extract the juice and made syrup from it.)

You are right about the heat. It is so hot now. I think I have not had any sugar cane juice. I usually go for cold water, coco water, soda, or fresh juice to quench my thirst.

Since sugarcane is seasonal we do not hav shops here but there is no reason for stalls to be dirty.

Even 5 star hotel kitchens need not be clean. I have never seen shops where sugarcane juice is prepared . That must be collected from stalls as is the case with many dishes in great hotels too.

I think it is so refreshing. I haven't seen such kind of extracted juice in my homeland. I think it would be a good business.
