That maybe is the problem for me. I don't smile or I seldom smile to people. With my current condition, I feel irritated most of the time and it seemed that I cannot keep up with my mood swings. I only smile to people I know, or who smiles at me. That's probably why other people mistaken me for a snob. And I remember someone here in mylot told me to post a photo of me smiling. So I had my profile pic there, and to be honest, I was happy while I had my nephew took that photo. Do you smile to people? They said, if you give them your pretty smile, it will brighten their day. Photo is from google.com - iPhone wallpaper

I always smile. But I don't smile a lot if I am at work. It should be in a serious mode.lol

@JustBhem I don't mind if they will feel boredom while at work. I am in the office to work and not to giggle all day. lol

Yes smiling is good. Even if you don't feel like it at first, the more you do it and get smiles in return, the happier you will be.

indeed, a smile brightens up a day. i hope you smile even though you are in pain (mapaklang ngiti?). as for me, i have a serious face but when i smile, my eyes don't go slant, but they open wide. not the chinky-eyed smile, but the eyes-like-an-owl smile. i smile with sincerity, but i can smile with sarcasm as well.

@JustBhem yes, a smile uses only 15 facial muscles while a frown uses 85 facial muscles.

You do really good with a smile. I always smile to random people and I don't worry if they don't smile back. Smiling at people creates a positive vibe. So it is always good to wear a smile in your face.

I want to say I usually smile to people. Because I know a simple smile to others can help brighten their days. Which can help brighten mine.

I love to smile. Smile brightened my days and it makes my problem a bit lesser than when I frown.
