I love to cook and to collect cookbooks, the only thing cooking for my husband is a little tricky because he is so fussy. I enjoy casserole recipes and one pan meals ,, not alot to clean up after. What is you favorite recipe? What is your favorite recipe site, mine is allrecipes.com

Sausage Casserole II

"A great casserole for those cool autumn evenings. Just add a salad and bread."
INGREDIENTS
5 potatoes, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 pound pork sausage, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place potato slices in the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Add onion slices, corn with liquids and tomatoes with liquids. Top with sausage slices and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until pork is cooked through.
Pumpkin Casserole

INGREDIENTS
2 cups pumpkin puree
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter
2 pinches ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine the pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla, melted butter and ground cinnamon to taste. Spoon into a casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.

My husband is fussy to. But one of our favorite sites is www.cooks.com. Theres alot of good recipes there.

my favourite site is the same.. allrecipes.com .. i just love that site.. it gives a lot of info according to my taste
