I'm personally not fond of red meat, or fish. I have chicken or turkey once or twice a week, and eggs a few times a week, but hardly ever meat.

lulu897 I was in that same boat, having to take imodium, due to short bowel syndrome( too many resections) until my doctor prescribed a drug called Colestid. Now I am imodium free. You should ask him about it. Good luck to you.. and thanks for commenting

lulu897 I think credit cards are a hindrance. They are way to convinient. I would rather pay cash. About 8 years ago we got in way to deep and almost lost the house and everything else. We learnt our lesson. Now we are very careful with our money and our cards.
