How much Protein did you eat everyday?In what forms?Welcome to talk~For health

I eat an egg every morning and some meat (maybe Fish, seafood, poultry,etc.It depends)at noon.That is all the protein origin in my daily life.Breakfast may be the most important meal to load up on protein. So I eat egg everyday.But ,I don't know whether it is ok or not to eat every day.Anyway, i just do that for a long time.In fact I am a little bit fat(plump shape lol).So I was just thingking if there's a problem with my protein intake.Is the quantity ok?(As I am not a native speaker in English, just tell me if something was wrong with my word or grammer.I'd be appreciated for that)

That's good you eat eggs. Yes high protin diet is good for weight loss but make sure not to overdose. Eat rich fiber food too.
