Whatever i can get my hands on that doesnt need a lot of cooking.......mainly hot dogs or sandwiches

I like popcorn. I try to stay away from heavy foods after 6:00. I love chips to but I eat the baked ones now.

Popcorn, chips, pizza, candy bars - I could go on and on. Unfortunately, this stuff puts the weight on. I'm in the process of losing weight; I cut out snacks and sweets, and the weight keeps falling off - all without exercise!
