I snore a lot while asleep

Snoring While Sleeping

@Shavkat One of my friend over here suggested to record while I am asleep to check if I am a talker in sleeping or not. So Friend I did checked it last night and all I found was sound of snoring. Thank you for the spotlight.lol I think the best way to prevent snoring is to sleep in a side lying position.

I do sleep in a side lying position at the start of the sleep, but then God Knows what happends

I don't have a similar problem. But you can stay well hydrated to avoid it.
