If you take the trouble to read the Earnings Program FAQs (link is at the bottom of the menu you see when you point at your earnings figure), you will see that it says: "Any time you start a discussion, respond to a discussion, or comment in a discussion, you are making a contribution that is eligible for earnings." That doesn't mean that it will earn anything! It only means that it can ... IF one or more people interact with it, as stated further down: "The more that other myLot users interact with what you post, the more money it will make. If no one reads what you wrote, interacts with it, or otherwise considers it interesting, then you likely won't earn anything."

there is no fixed rate/amount for each activity you do here, so "how big" or "how little" you earn each day is unpredictable.

You will notice two dollar signs between the mylot in the center of this site. The payment is usually within the first 15 days of every month.

I think you need to interact a lot more to make earnings here, a few times every day to make a penny and even more. It would change later on. Maybe you can contact Admin Alex about it.

You need to interact more. It takes time and a lot of effort to the amount to move. Just keep at it and eventually you will start seeing results. Reading the rules and guidelines is a good start.
