Insomnia

Sleeplessness is horrible especially when everyone around you is sleeping. Though it is attributed to many things but i experience it when i am worried. I take care of my sleeplessness by constantly blinking my eyes because it is said that a tired eye will surely fall asleep. What makes you sleepless at night and how do you take care of it?

Several we know use Melatonin. It can be purchased in many stores and is also thought to help with some other health issue in addition to sleeplessness

@cleomich I don't sleep well at all. In fact right now I have been awake for almost 22 hours. I have taken codeine for a pain I have ( gallstone ) which is thankfully making me sleepy so hopefully I can sleep soon. The main thing to keep me awake is my own thoughts. My mind can be thinking way too many unwanted thoughts that it keeps me awake. The best way I can try to reduce the thoughts is by having the TV on in the background. I put on a DVD but only have it on a volume that is not too loud. Otherwise that wouldn't help either. I think I may have insomnia in general actually. Not sure how to tell the differences but I find it hard to sleep a lot.

so sorry for your pain. you can actually try different natural ways that facilitate sleeping. Sometimes, i just lie in bed and i wouldn't know when i doze off

If I am so stressed out, I can't sleep well for the night. But I tend to listen to music so that it will calm me down.

When you are not getting sleep. Don't worry. You will get it tomorrow. Everybody is sleeping around you does not mean that you should also sleep.
