Morning already?

I hate mornings. Especially now. I'm a mom to 3 children. 4, 2, and 1 and a half months. Mornings aren't easy because my two older children wake up so early all the time. Right now it's a little bit harder because their father is away working to make us some money. When my children wake up early and the weather isn't nice it makes it a little harder to get things done. I really hope the weather starts getting nicer soon. I hope everyone is having a good start to their day :)

My kids are about the same age, and it's not always easy. Two of my kids are always up early. So I can totally relate.

@Kymmie Yeah, I know the feeling. Two of my kids seem to like to get up early as well. I'm used to it as well.

I've tried everything to get them to sleep in a little longer than 6am. nothing works so I just get use to it.

@dodo19 it's like knowing it's coming and just wanting a little more sleep. Right?

Be glad because there's a new morning. You have to be grateful and your kids will grow better and amazing

@dhoyalahoy just when it's not nice out, being cooped up inside all day gets really stressful.

I don't have any children. But I'm not a morning person either, especially during the winter, where the coldest time of the day here in Maine is usually in the early morning.

I live on cape and I think winter is the worst. I couldn't imagine living closer up where it's colder.

I can feel your sentiments. It is really difficult to handle everything solely. We have cool weather today.

Alot of people I've seen, met and know, make taking care of children alone look so easy. I guess it's not.

@Kymmie My mother had told me that it is difficult. She is like you. Having three children with a few gaps of age.

@Shavkat I feel it's hard now. But tis time will pass and things will get easier. By the time they start getting a bit older I'll still be young and able to enjoy some of my life.

Sounds like you have your hands full with three little ones. It will get easier as they get older. My children are all grown so it is pretty quite around my place now but I do miss those days.

@Kymmie Yes I am sure. It is nice to have the extra help when he is there.

Makes me realize how much I take having their dad for help for granted.

@Kymmie very good morning. And taking care of 3 children with such little age gap is a daunting task. I fully understand what you must be going through. And may the weather get better soon

When you want to unwind from the kids, go on the computer and blog about it. then go to other sites to earn a little pocket change

I've always hated mornings, lol. Don't the older two like to sit and watch tv in the morning? The cousins used to wake up around 6-7 am and we'd just sit them infront of the tv til breakfast at 9.

Mornings are hard to like, but you just need to have something to look forward to in the morning. Besides the bright shining smiles of your children. Perhaps a delicious coffee or experimenting with different meals for the kids. Make more mornings fun instead of thinking so poorly about them.

@Kymmie Well, that is why you need to find something that just makes you excited. You are living in a rut, everyone needs a little pep in their step when they day in and day out doing the same things.

After having a baby I'm still job hunting. So just hanging around d the house all day definitely doesn't help.
