I think women cry easier than men do you? I'm not a crier by nature but I can be reduced to tears if something emotional hits me

I have never heard this song, but I am a cryer. I cry when I laugh, I cry when I´m moved. I hope that crying is healthy

@amadeo @Daljinder Yes, it's hard and not every time I can hold my tears. When it happens, I rush to put my eye drops as soon as I stop to cry.

I agree with what you said about crying. Hope that banana bread turned out okay. Supposed to have 80% chance of t-storms tonight. No fun.

@KristenH the bread came out good.I found a way and hear how to ripen bananas fast.Put it in a brown bag.
I do this with tomatoes not banana. It does work. Now I will by a bunch and do this and let them sit.The bread is better with ripened bananas

Crying is one of the healthiest thing a person can do to their body! I remember learning about this in junior year.
That is when I started learning that emotions are so important and holding in stress and sadness, will only hurt someone more than crying. Because crying cannot hurt someone at all...unless it is like that really ugly cry that hurts your throat...but that is besides the point haha!
The sun feels warmer, the world feels different, your thoughts are more clear when you cry. It is great

Apparently, in the long run, you are supposed to feel better, aren't you?

When I have cried I do not believe it helped because the problem was still there but I released something inside of me that had to come out. So in a sense it was good to cry.

Sometimes I get the urge to cry and I don't know why but I always feel better afterward. I won't be sad, happy, or anger just content and needing to cry so maybe it is healthy to just get it all out sometimes.
