Good afternoon.Had a busy morning here.
Many of my friends ask me what is wrong with me.
I try very hard to explain this. But felt that is was quite not right.
Below is what I have. This is from my health record to give you and understanding what I am going through.
I do not mind sharing this with you.
____________________________________________________________________This is what on my health record.
Your bone marrow is the spongy tissue inside some of your bones, such as your hip and thigh bones. It contains immature cells, called stem cells. The stem cells can develop into the red blood cells that carry oxygen through your body, the white blood cells that fight infections, and the platelets that help with blood clotting. If you have a myelodysplastic syndrome, the stem cells do not mature into healthy blood cells. Many of them die in the bone marrow. This means that you do not have enough healthy cells, which can lead to infection, anemia, or easy bleeding.
Myelodysplastic syndromes often do not cause early symptoms and are sometimes found during a routine blood test. If you have symptoms, they may include
Shortness of breath
Weakness or feeling tired
Skin that is paler than usual
Easy bruising or bleeding
Pinpoint spots under the skin caused by bleeding
Fever or frequent infections
Myelodysplastic syndromes are rare. People at higher risk are over 60, have had chemotherapy or radiation therapy, or have been exposed to certain chemicals. Treatment options include transfusions, drug therapy, chemotherapy, and blood or bone marrow stem cell transplants.

Medical speak is not easy for everyone to understand as long as you understand that is the important thing.

Your post illustrates why we should consider donating blood if we are healthy. We might be able to help our friends.

@amadeo It was good; we worked on a favorite Dylan song, "Don't Think Twice, It's Alright," and he has a guitar that I will probably buy to improve my playing.

You might find the works of Jack Kruse to be very helpful.
Along with Wim Hof and his 10 week course.
Both of those people are scientifically based in their practice, and it shows.

It's a good thing you're so handsome so it doesn't show that anything is going on. I'm very sorry for the diagnosis. We all have something. I hope you won't need any drastic treatments to deal with this. We're all here for you, and I'm sure you know that. xoxo
