What have people found the best for training people with Asbergers?

I have a friend who has Asbergers. They struggle with empathy and emotional regulation. His sister is not like this so I assume he has inherited it off his mom who struggles also with communication and relating to others. Are there any tried and true courses or recommendations from other mylot users
