When I feel stressed I start to write lists. I also put aside 10 minutes a day for meditation to de-stress. It really works.

Dianne Gray @homebasedbobbie Thanks for sharing. I have never heard of a phobia of holes. I imagine bee hives would be quite bad then. Are you able to treat it?

I would definitely say for me, being in God's prensence brings me joy. Then it would be my wonderful hubby and kids.

For me the person who has had the most impact on my life is my grandmother. She was there for me when my mum was unable to be. (due to having depression)

Dianne Gray I understand that fear. I was bitten by a shark and had a chunk bitten out of my lower leg. I could not swim in the sea for at least 5 years. I will now go out up to my knees and I am always actively on the lookout in the water for stingrays and sharks.

Dianne Gray She still got some food but felt very embarrassed as she is quite a proud person. I had this girl from Latvia staying with us. She said she would have also brought an empty plate. I told her her the story so she was prepared.

Dianne Gray That's good you had that provision there with the garden and your grandparents. I remember telling my mother what to to all the time and how to live her life. I do not tell her what to do now that my sisters job. I needed some distance.
