I was wondering about this new ways of torturing the Flight passengers by the airline carriers. Initially they over book thinking passengers will not turn up and when they actually have a full house booking then they forcefully ask passengers to cancel the tickets. I mean that is ridiculous, what do you all think about it

Just to remind everyone, this is the same airline that broke a musician's guitar in 2009.
And I read somewhere that they weren't actually overbooked, they just wanted the seats for their own employees.
